Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of IntelPak, IntelPak Studio, and all related services, content, and tools operated by PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC ("PrivacyStudios," "we," "us," or "our") through intelpak.com (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use IntelPak.

About IntelPak

IntelPak is a product and division of PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC. IntelPak provides structured conversation practice intelligence in the form of Intelligence Packs (IPKs): reviewed, versioned, source-linked packages of qualified conversation intelligence: delivered through IntelPak Studio and the IntelPak conversation interface. The Website provides information about IntelPak and enables access requests, demonstrations, and communications with PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use IntelPak. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing IntelPak on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Access Tiers

IntelPak is offered across three access tiers, each with distinct capabilities and permitted uses:

• Organizational Access: For large enterprises, enterprise advisory and consulting firms, major law firms, healthcare systems, government, and other large institutions. Includes custom and proprietary intelligence, multi-user access, reviewer workflows, organizational memory, permissions, and private or controlled deployment options.
• Professional Access: For mid-market advisory firms, regional law firms, professional practices, medical groups, and specialist teams. Includes firm-specific intelligence, source ingestion, multiple users, reviewer workflows, and practice-specific conversation intelligence at a scale appropriate for professional firms.
• Individual Access: For individual users renting IPKs for personal-use situations. Individual IPKs are limited to personal-use cases and do not include professional, organizational, client-delivery, team, proprietary, or enterprise governance capabilities. See Section 9.

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and any applicable access agreement, you may access and use IntelPak solely for its intended purpose: conversation practice using qualified intelligence relevant to your authorized access tier. Permitted uses include:

• Accessing and using IPKs to which you have authorized access for practice sessions.
• Uploading source materials through IntelPak Studio for the purpose of generating candidate intelligence under an applicable organizational or professional agreement.
• Submitting demonstration requests and communicating with PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC through the Website contact and form interfaces.
• Accessing and reviewing governance documentation, policies, and terms published on the Website.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use IntelPak for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract IPK content, intelligence structures, or underlying systems.
• Use Individual-tier access to perform or substitute for professional, organizational, client-delivery, or enterprise functions.
• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to IPKs or IntelPak services without written authorization from PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC.
• Upload materials through IntelPak Studio that you do not have the right to use, that violate applicable law, or that contain malicious content.
• Use IntelPak to generate, facilitate, or distribute content that is harmful, discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of IntelPak or its underlying systems.
• Attempt to access systems, data, or IPKs to which you have not been authorized.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website: including text, graphics, design, software, the IntelPak brand, the IPK format, IntelPak Studio, and all associated trademarks: is owned by or licensed to PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Organization-specific and professional IPKs built from client source materials remain subject to the terms of the applicable organizational agreement. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of client-sourced materials to PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any IntelPak content without express written permission.

Intelligence Packs and Content

IntelPak Intelligence Packs (IPKs) contain qualified conversation intelligence that has been reviewed and approved by human reviewers before it can influence practice sessions. IPKs are provided for conversation practice purposes only.

PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any IPK at any time, including to maintain accuracy, comply with law, or address governance requirements.

Organizational and Professional Access

Access to IntelPak for organizations and professional firms is governed by a separate access agreement between PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC and the authorized entity. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an applicable access agreement, the access agreement controls with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.

Organizations and professional firms are responsible for ensuring that their authorized users comply with these Terms and any additional obligations set forth in their access agreement, including confidentiality, data handling, and acceptable use requirements.

Individual Access and Rental Terms

Individual IPK access is provided on a rental basis for personal-use purposes only. When you rent an Individual IPK:

• Access is granted for the rental period specified at time of purchase (one-time, short-term, or multi-month depending on the IPK).
• Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sublicense, or allow another person to use your rental access.
• Individual IPKs are strictly limited to personal-use situations and do not include professional, organizational, client-delivery, team, proprietary, or enterprise governance capabilities.
• Using Individual access to perform professional, organizational, or client-delivery functions is a material breach of these Terms.
• Rental fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

Disclaimers

IntelPak and all content on the Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC does not warrant that the Website or any IPK will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Conversation practice sessions using IntelPak are not a substitute for professional advice, clinical judgment, legal counsel, or any regulated service. Reliance on conversation practice outputs for professional, clinical, legal, or financial decisions is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of IntelPak, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or IntelPak will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to PrivacyStudios Advisory LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Privacy

Your use of IntelPak is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using IntelPak, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. For questions about cookies, see our Cookie Notice. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes took effect. Material changes will be communicated through the Website or, where we have your contact information, by email. Your continued use of IntelPak after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of IntelPak will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
