INTELPAK STUDIO

Expertise in. Qualified intelligence out.

IntelPak Studio interprets the documents, work products and engagement records that collectively form a client's institutional memory. It converts that material into traceable candidate intelligence for human review and qualification.

SOURCE INGESTION

The document universe your firm actually uses.

Studio is designed to handle the full range of source material used by advisory firms, law firms, enterprises, and client engagements: not just a short list of generic file types.

Office & Productivity Formats

Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX), Excel (XLS/XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX), PDF including scanned PDF through OCR where available, TXT, Markdown, HTML, and CSV and structured exports.

Email & Collaboration

Emails and message exports such as MSG, EML, MBOX, PST/OST where supported or converted. SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 document collections where connected or exported.

Professional Documents

Policies, procedures, playbooks, reports, presentations, workpapers, assessments, client deliverables, meeting notes, transcripts, engagement records, and legal or discovery materials when exported into supported formats.

Images & Media

Images with text or diagrams through conversion and OCR where appropriate. Audio and video through transcription pathways. Images can be converted back to PDF before ingestion when needed.

Structured Exports

CSV and structured exports from case management, CRM, matter management, and compliance systems. Metadata, provenance, custodians, attachments, issue tags, confidentiality labels, and review coding preserved where available in supported export formats.

Future Pathways

Studio's ingestion model is designed to expand. As new source types and connectors become practical, they can be added without rebuilding the qualification and delivery infrastructure around them.

THE QUALIFICATION WORKFLOW

No intelligence reaches practice without human review.

Studio does not let AI-generated candidate intelligence flow directly into conversation practice. Every proposed rule, example, and piece of guidance passes through human review before it can influence a session.

UPLOAD Sources TXT · HTML · DOCX · PDF · etc.
PROCESS AI Passes Multiple passes identify candidate intelligence from source material
REVIEW Human Qualification Reviewers approve, reject, or edit each candidate before release
RELEASE Qualified Intelligence Only qualified intelligence enters the conversation runtime

Candidate Generation

Multiple AI passes interpret source material and generate proposed rules, examples, evidence, and guidance. Every candidate is traceable to its source.

Human Review

Reviewers see each candidate with its source context. They approve, reject, or edit. Reviewer identity, decision, and timestamp are captured for every item.

Release Control

Qualified intelligence is versioned, signed off, and released into the conversation runtime. Only approved content can influence practice sessions.

THE INTELLIGENCE PACK FORMAT

A structured format designed for present and future AI systems.

The result of Studio's process is not a chatbot configuration. It is a structured, versioned, reviewable, source-linked Intelligence Pack: portable across AI systems and designed to evolve as the technology around it does.

What Studio Produces

Each IPK packages reviewed conversation intelligence, source references, rules, examples, evidence, metadata, governance attributes and version history in a structured format. It is the deliverable that IntelPak's conversation runtime uses: and the artifact that organizations own, control, and update over time.

IPKs are provider-agnostic by design. They are not locked to a single AI vendor, retrieval technique, or deployment model. Organizations that build them are not committed to today's infrastructure choices when tomorrow's options improve.
