Start with the knowledge experts actually use.
Studio is designed to handle the full range of source material used by advisory firms, law firms, enterprises, and client engagements: not just a short list of generic file types.
Office & Productivity Formats
Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX), Excel (XLS/XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX), PDF including scanned PDF through OCR where available, TXT, Markdown, HTML, and CSV and structured exports.
Email & Collaboration
Emails and message exports such as MSG, EML, MBOX, PST/OST where supported or converted. SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 document collections where connected or exported.
Professional Documents
Policies, procedures, playbooks, reports, presentations, workpapers, assessments, client deliverables, meeting notes, transcripts, engagement records, and legal or discovery materials when exported into supported formats.
Images & Media
Images with text or diagrams through conversion and OCR where appropriate. Audio and video through transcription pathways. Images can be converted back to PDF before ingestion when needed.
Structured Exports
CSV and structured exports from case management, CRM, matter management, and compliance systems. Metadata, provenance, custodians, attachments, issue tags, confidentiality labels, and review coding preserved where available in supported export formats.
Future Pathways
Studio's ingestion model is designed to expand. As new source types and connectors become practical, they can be added without rebuilding the qualification and delivery infrastructure around them.
No expert intelligence is released without human qualification.
Studio does not let AI-generated candidate intelligence flow directly into conversation practice. Every proposed rule, example, and piece of guidance passes through human review before it can influence a session.
Candidate Generation
Multiple AI passes interpret source material and generate proposed rules, examples, evidence, and guidance. Every candidate is traceable to its source.
Human Review
Reviewers see each candidate with its source context. They approve, reject, or edit. Reviewer identity, decision, and timestamp are captured for every item.
Release Control
Qualified intelligence is versioned, signed off, and released into the conversation runtime or exported through approved LLM adapters. Only approved content can influence practice sessions or downstream AI assets.
Studio is becoming the adapter layer for professional intelligence.
The commercial strength of IntelPak Studio is not basic file import. It is the ability to connect real professional materials to a controlled intelligence pipeline, then export the approved knowledge into the runtime or into external LLM environments.
Concordance Production Adapter
Import standard litigation productions built around DAT metadata load files, OPT image maps, extracted text, natives, Bates ranges, document families, privilege metadata, and external viewer workflows.
Trial Binder Import Adapter
Ingest trial notebooks, witness outlines, impeachment material, exhibit logs, voir dire, jury instructions, verdict forms, bench briefs, openings, closings, and trial strategy materials as high-sensitivity professional know-how.
LLM Export Adapter
Compile approved IntelPak knowledge into the assets external AI systems need: instruction files, prompt packs, schemas, evaluation suites, playbooks, workflows, and JSON/API bundles.
Compile reviewed expertise into assets other LLMs can use.
IntelPak Studio is not limited to IntelPak runtime packaging. The LLM Export Adapter is designed to turn approved IPK knowledge into external AI operating assets for Claude, ChatGPT Projects, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, internal agents, and generic LLM deployments.
Instruction Files
Generate CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, project instructions, tool policies, and operating rules that external AI workspaces can read directly.
Prompts & Schemas
Export system prompts, developer prompts, reusable task prompts, JSON schemas, input/output contracts, and structured response formats grounded in reviewed expertise.
Evals, Playbooks & Workflows
Produce evaluation suites, rubrics, test cases, playbooks, decision logic, and end-to-end workflow bundles for AI systems that need reliable expert operating instructions.
A structured format designed for present and future AI systems.
The result of Studio's process is not a chatbot configuration. It is structured, versioned, reviewable, source-linked expert intelligence: portable as an IntelPak IPK and exportable as LLM-ready operating assets. That makes Studio a platform layer for protected expertise, not a generic AI wrapper.
What Studio Produces
Each IPK packages reviewed conversation intelligence, source references, rules, examples, evidence, metadata, governance attributes and version history in a structured format. It is the deliverable that IntelPak's conversation runtime uses, and it can also serve as the source for LLM Export Adapter outputs that organizations own, control, and update over time.
IPKs are provider-agnostic by design. They are not locked to a single AI vendor, retrieval technique, or deployment model. Organizations that build them are not committed to today's infrastructure choices when tomorrow's options improve.
