IntelPak transforms human expertise, methods, experience, and trusted source material into interactive AI coaching, deployable Intelligence Packs, and LLM-ready assets. People talk naturally with the coach, bring their own documents and materials, practice real situations, and get guidance grounded in the expertise behind the application.
Imagine an associate attorney preparing for trial with case-related exhibits and a trial binder, engaging in a realistic simulation with IntelPak while it draws on the actual case materials to challenge arguments, test responses, rehearse examinations, and prepare the attorney for what may happen in the courtroom, through a live voice or even a video avatar.
Or a relatively inexperienced salesperson conducting a live customer conversation while IntelPak listens and understands what is being discussed, then discreetly coaches the salesperson in real time, through on-screen prompts or private audio guidance, drawing on the knowledge and experience accumulated by the company’s best people.
General-purpose AI knows a little about almost everything. IntelPak is different. It gives AI a defined body of human expertise: your methodology, your judgment, your training, your source material, or the knowledge of experts you trust.
That intelligence can then coach a lawyer preparing a deposition, a candidate preparing for an interview, a salesperson handling objections, a home cook learning technique, or someone looking for personal guidance.
Expertise should not sit in a document. It should be able to talk back.
Already using ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Harvey, or another AI platform? Good. IntelPak is not designed to replace the AI you already use. It adds something those platforms do not inherently possess: your own expertise.
An IPK captures specialized knowledge, methods, and judgment and makes them usable by your own AI/LLM through virtual conversations, training, coaching and decision support.
AI is becoming abundant. Expertise is not. IntelPak makes expertise deployable.
The experience is deliberately simple. The intelligence behind it can be as specialized as the expert who created it.
Latham & Watkins is hiring lawyers and technology professionals to help the firm use AI across real legal work.
Why? Because buying AI is the easy part. The hard part is teaching AI how your firm works: how your best lawyers think, what they know, what they have learned, and how they handle difficult situations.
That is what IntelPak does.
IntelPak takes the knowledge already inside an organization, from documents, training materials, playbooks, case files, and experienced people, and turns it into intelligence that can be used in a live conversation.
A young lawyer can practice an argument while IntelPak listens and coaches. A salesperson can be on a customer call while IntelPak quietly suggests what to ask or say next. An expert can turn years of experience into an IntelPak that other people can learn from and use.
And the organization decides what knowledge goes in, how it is reviewed, and who can use it.
AI already knows a lot. IntelPak teaches it what your best people know.

In September 2026, Morgan & Morgan committed at least $1 billion over the next decade to technology and AI built around the firm’s own knowledge, experience, workflows, and judgment. In doing so, it published something close to a manifesto for proprietary expertise as the competitive moat.
Its founder, John Morgan, put the idea plainly: “The law firms that survive and lead will be the ones that don’t just license an AI tool, but whose attorneys inform the AI models with their own knowledge and experience.”
That is essentially the IntelPak thesis. But Morgan & Morgan’s answer has required hundreds of millions of dollars of technology investment, elite engineering talent, years of development, thousands of internal users, and enormous quantities of proprietary data.
IntelPak’s answer is fundamentally different:
You don’t need to build MX2. You need to package what you know.
Morgan & Morgan says MX2 is expected to open to qualifying outside law firms in late 2027, moving from internal proprietary intelligence toward a commercial platform. IntelPak begins from the opposite direction: it is architected so experts and organizations can create their own intelligence rather than waiting for a platform owner to encode their vertical for them.
That is why IntelPak Studio matters. Studio is the democratization layer: the place where source material, methodology, experience, and human judgment become structured, portable Intelligence Packs that can be deployed across organizations and AI environments.

Visa is recruiting a Director, Data & AI Governance at $200,000–$320,000 a year to help govern AI initiatives, translate requirements into practical guidance, and build AI-enabled stewardship capabilities.
The role points beyond legal AI. Large enterprises are looking for ways to turn scarce expert judgment, governance requirements, playbooks, decision criteria, and training into systems that can operate at scale while preserving human oversight.

IntelPak sits between the materials professionals already use and the AI systems now reshaping their work. It is designed to ingest protected knowledge, apply a privacy and privilege firewall, preserve human review, and compile approved expertise into deployable intelligence.
IntelPak turns protected professional knowledge into deployable intelligence packages and LLM-ready operating assets.
These are different applications of the same idea: specialized human knowledge made conversational, contextual, and usable when someone needs it. And this is only the beginning, with many more IPKs already in development.

Give students age-appropriate conversational help with schoolwork, study habits, practice, comprehension, and academic confidence.
IntelPak separates expertise from the AI provider and from the device. That makes specialized intelligence reusable, governable, licensable, and exportable into other LLM environments.
Studio is the authoring environment behind IntelPak. It turns source material and expert judgment into structured Intelligence Packs that IntelPak can execute as interactive coaches and into LLM-ready assets that external AI systems can ingest directly.
IntelPak does not stop at its own runtime. LLM Export Adapters compile expert-reviewed knowledge into assets that Claude, ChatGPT Projects, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, internal agents, and other LLM environments can ingest directly.
IntelPak turns expert knowledge into deployable Intelligence Packs and LLM-ready engineering outputs.
IntelPak is designed so the intelligence, identity, voice, presentation, licensing, and host can evolve independently. The IPK remains the portable expert layer.
We are working with early experts, professionals, and organizations to turn proven knowledge and methodology into interactive AI applications.
